Pure potential
Your aim is to rediscover the realm of pure potential of the inner self and its spiritual essence. You will focus particularly on the internal aspects of yoga: organ cleansing, tissue pumps, nervous systems, circulation of lymph and blood, releasing psychic knots known as Granthis from Sushumna Nadi and Pranic blockages from the Nadis, and creating hydraulic and pneumatic pressures within the body to create change. All movements are undertaken with inner conscious awareness, promoting a state of integration of the mind and body.
As you practice this inner yoga style, you reconnect with your inner reservoir of energy, vitality, and creativity. You will return to a younger functioning physical and mental state. Iyengar yoga practices are designed to enhance the qualities of rejuvenation and longevity, to correct postural imbalances, and to create vitality and health while promoting the natural abilities of the body to energize and heal, so that it can realize its own amazing potential.

Voorne aan Zee is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland which is situated by sea. It is a part of the municipality of Westvoorne, and lies about 7 km northwest of Hellevoetsluis. Distance from Rotterdam – 40 Kilometers
How to reach:
from Amsterdam en Rotterdam-airport go to Rotterdam Railway station.Then take subway to Spijkenisse, transit to bus 403 untill busstop “Berkenrode”.
(approx. 1 hour traveling from Rotterdam Railway station.)
Accommodation
The retreats will be held in B&B Berkenrode in Rockanje aan Zee.
A small group with up to 4 participants will be accommodated in B&B Berkenrode as well. B&B Berkenrode is a cozy villa with 2 rooms located in Voorne aan Zee.

Course information
Yoga experience is not required. However, you should be able to perform its normal physical activity (when in doubt you should consult your doctor and / or the treating specialist). This weekend is based on Iyengar yoga and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or condition.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing such as shorts above the knee, a bathrobe and slippers, sturdy shoes, warm, and rainproof clothes.

Booking conditions
€ 325,- Payment
There is a 100 EUR booking fee. Final payment must be made 3 weeks before the start date. A full payment of € 295,- is required for reservations made within 3 weeks prior to the starting date.
Cancellation
If there’s insufficient participation unexpectedly, then the retreat cannot take place. Thus Balance Your Life With Ayurveda will try and consult you with another date. If other weekends are not possible, therefore, they will refund your deposit.
